张建猛，男，汉族，1968年生，江苏涟水县人，1990年毕业于镇江师专化学系，同年结业于贵州艺专名师辅导班，2014年毕业于西南大学化学系。现为中国书法家协会会员，淮安市书法家协会会员，淮安职工书法家协会会员，王买成书法研究会主任。

自幼学书，师法唐楷，旁涉汉隶。高校在读期间，流连于历代法书，始及书论，亦研习哲学、美学。作品曾先后得到王买成、尉天池先生指导。作品曾在《青年宫杯》、《双圈杯》、《中日破体书法国际展》、《名酒之乡杯》、《韩侯杯》、《南岳衡山杯》、《国际金奖洋河杯》等国际、国内外 大赛大展中多次获得等级奖。1996年在第四届《阳光艺术杯》全国书画篆刻大赛大展中获得金奖。作品辑入《中国当代书画篆刻家精品集》、《中国当代书画家精品集》、传略录入《中国当代书画家名典》。2016年12月创作的书法作品《翠竹红梅青松，傲骨高风亮节》获涟水县教育系统“琼庭清风”廉洁书画特等奖。2023年2月入选《中国书画家功勋人物》一书。

2023年10月应邀参加：融通丝路.共享未来一带一路十年成果展，荣获“国际文化交流卓越艺术使节”称号。

zhang jianmeng, male, han ethnicity, born in 1968 in lianshui county, jiangsu province. he graduated from the chemistry department of zhenjiang normal college in 1990 and the same year from the famous teacher tutoring class of guizhou art college. he graduated from the chemistry department of southwest university in 2014. i am currently a member of the chinese calligraphers association, the huai'an calligraphers association, the huai'an employee calligraphers association, and the director of the wang maicheng calligraphy research association.

i have been learning books since i was young, following the example of tang kai and involving han li. during my time in college, i wandered through the legal texts of various dynasties, beginning to delve into book theory and also studied philosophy and aesthetics. the work has received guidance from mr. wang maicheng and mr. wei tianchi. the work has won multiple level awards in international and domestic competitions and exhibitions, such as "youth palace cup", "double circle cup", "china japan broken body calligraphy international exhibition", "famous wine hometown cup", "han hou cup", "nanyue hengshan cup", "international gold award yanghe cup", etc. in 1996, he won a gold medal at the 4th national calligraphy, painting, and seal engraving competition of the sunshine art cup. the works are included in the "collection of fine works of contemporary chinese calligraphers, painters, and seal engravers", "collection of fine works of contemporary chinese calligraphers and painters", and the biography is included in the "dictionary of contemporary chinese calligraphers and painters". the calligraphy work "green bamboo, red plum, green pine, proud and virtuous" created in december 2016 won the "qiongting qingfeng" integrity calligraphy and painting special award in the education system of lianshui county. selected in the book "meritorious figures of chinese calligraphers and painters" in february 2023.

in october 2023, he was invited to participate in the exhibition of integrating the silk road and sharing the achievements of the future the belt and road decade, and won the title of "outstanding artistic envoy for international cultural exchange".
